How we work
We prefer to work directly with our customers to "teach them how to fish". That means we prefer to engage via workshops to not only get the job done, but to take you along the journey so you're empowered and enabled to act in the future without our support. We do not charge extra for this support; this is our standard way of working.
Wait a minute... are you saying you are going to teach us so we don't need you? Surely that isn't good business...

Statement of Work
We prefer to work on deliverable based Statements of Work which details the agreed scope of work, timelines for delivery, Roles and Responsibilities, expectations between us and our clients, agreed ways of working, communication touch points, assumptions and agreements, and the project delivery success criteria.
Once the work milestone has been completed, we will invoice our client. We will only invoice when each deliverable milestone has been met. Our standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
Discovery
Book a free discovery call with our technical team. We will work with you and your team to determine the deliverables needed and timeline to fix your problems.
Fractional or Full Time day rate
We also offer fractional hourly rates, and full time day rate consultants and contractors. Our consultants will invoice you directly on a weekly or monthly basis as agreed with you. Our standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
